Participating in conference Breakout Sessions will provide 1.5 Nursing Contact Hours to attendees. Keynote Sessions provide 1 Nursing Contact Hour. Continuing Education credits for other professional disciplines, such as PT/OT, are pending.

Accreditation Statement:  Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Criteria for Awarding Contact Hours & Continuing Education Certificates:  Attendance for the duration of the educational activity, missing no more than 10 minutes.
