Program Summary

A new Condition of Participation for Acceptance to Service Policy is mandated for 2025. This webinar will review what we know to date about the requirements of this CoP and how the home health surveyor will be assessing compliance with the new Medicare law surrounding it. In addition, the session will address the requirement for divulging and updating the list of services that your agency is currently providing, at least annually.
