TOPIC: Caring for Veterans at End of Life
SPEAKER: Kathy Jarman, a hospice spiritual care counselor who is heavily involved with the National We Honor Veterans Program.
Registration is FREE for IL-HPCO, WiPCHA, and OCHCH & OCHN members.
1. OCHCH & OCHN members register through the OCHCH website. Non-members must register directly with IL-HPCO ($25).
2. After registering here, you will receive a confirmation email from ochch@ochch.org that contains the event discount code.
3. Use that code to register on the IL-HPCO website. Enter your code in the "coupon" field.
4. Zoom details will be provided by IL-HPCO.
