An evening of fun and prizes supporting the Center for Community Based Care! 

Join us to support a good cause - growing and supporting the home care and hospice field in Ohio! This event will feature amazing raffle prizes and networking in a fun venue!

The venue will have a cash bar with specialty drinks and non-alcoholic options. A local food truck will be on site.

Sponsor of either 1 bag or 2 bottles of bourbon. OCHCH will be responsible for purchasing the item. Table will be decorated in sponsor colors and branding. Includes 1 registration.

★ Top Tier Raffle Prize Sponsor - $5,000, 2 available

Marketed as one of two top sponsors of event. Sponsor of one two top tier prize items of the evening with appropriate branding and shoutouts. Includes 1 registration.

★ Signature Drink Sponsor - $2,500, 1 available

Each attendee will receive 1 signature drink ticket. Sponsor to provide stickers for cups. Sponsor branding at the bar. Includes 1 registration.

★ Beer, Wine, and Beverage Sponsor - $2,500, 1 available

About the CCBC

The Center for Community Based Care supports the delivery of community-based care through public awareness and consumer education. By connecting families and individuals across Ohio with resources they need, the Center helps families receive the exceptional care they deserve. The Center’s programs connect individuals of all ages to tools and resources to help them remain in their homes and with their families. The Center is the nonprofit foundation arm of the Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice.

Important Considerations

• This event is for those aged 21+ only. You must present your ID to enter.
• You must be present at the time of the raffle draw to win.
• Raffle draws will happen throughout the event, from 6 pm to 9 pm.
• This event is limited to 250 individuals. If you have additional guests that wish to attend, they must register through the OCHCH website to ensure space is available. We cannot guarantee space for those that seek to register on-site at the time of the event.
