Lisa brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry, spanning various sectors including acute care hospitalization, home health, hospice, home care, and palliative care. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Compliance Education at ACHC, Lisa plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive clinical, accreditation, and industry education to ACHC customers and stakeholders.

As a nationally recognized non-profit accreditation organization with CMS Deeming Authority for Home Health, Hospice, Home Infusion Therapy, ACHC relies on Lisa's expertise to assist providers in understanding and interpreting the ACHC Standards and Medicare Conditions of Participation. Her deep understanding of the intricacies of healthcare compliance ensures that providers receive the guidance needed to navigate the accreditation process successfully.

Lisa's hands-on experience extends beyond her current role. She has successfully led a home health and hospice agency through the ACHC Accreditation process, demonstrating her proficiency in implementing best practices and compliance strategies. Additionally, Lisa has served as an ACHC Hospice Surveyor, where she provided valuable insights to organizations seeking to enhance their operations and achieve compliance excellence.
