Woodlands Home Care provides skilled services in the Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana counties area to clients in their own homes. Care is provided on an intermittent basis, which allows an individual to recuperate from an illness or surgery in the comfort of their own home. Woodlands Home Care does not provide services for patients under 18 years of age, psychiatric/behavioral health services, ventilator dependent patients, and patients requiring IV therapy, tracheotomy care, or Pleurx catheter drain needs. Woodlands Home Care does not provide services for patients requiring daily visits when no caregiver is available to the patient. Our staff of registered nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with your doctor to develop an individual plan of care to fit your needs. The goal is to teach you how to care for yourself, how to manage your illness, while encouraging you to maintain your independence.
