Services may include: skilled nursing visits, wound. care, new disease specific teaching & education, catheter care, medication management, IV infusions, PT, OT and S/LP. When living at home is not the best, safest or most economical choice our free INDEPENDENT & ASSISTED LIVING REFERRAL SERVICE works with families to identify the most appropriate community based upon individual care requirements and changing lifestyles.
