Program Summary

The 2026 Final Rule limited many of the proposed pay cuts, but other changes were included that affect Home Health payments.

Based on the expansion of the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing model, providers will need to adapt care processes for success moving forward. Learn how, through an Operational Rewire, to produce the elevated outcomes required for VBP success, with demos of case studies from successful providers.
