Two days of essential education!

March 25 & 26, 2026 in Columbus, Ohio

Day One features a Home Health Track and Hospice Track with unique education and a keynote by experts from Palmetto GBA approved for 4 Contact Hours for Nursing. We conclude Day One with a fun reception at Hofbräuhaus Columbus. Day Two brings everyone together for a well rounded slate of learning and networking in a combined session.

Venue

The Grand Event Center

820 Goodale Blvd, Columbus, Ohio 43212. There is a 500-space free parking garage across the street. The Courtyard (where we will have the room block), is next door, as is the Hofbrauhaus for the Wednesday evening reception.

Lodging

We will have a special group rate price for overnight stays at the Courtyard by Marriott Courtyard Columbus OSU. This hotel is right beside the venue and our Day 1 Reception location, Hofbrauhaus. A link to the special rate will be provided in your confirmation email after registration.

Accreditation Statement:  Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Relevant Financial Relationships:  There are no relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies for those involved with the ability to control the content of this activity, or any relevant financial relationships disclosed by participants have been mitigated.

Criteria for Awarding Contact Hours & Continuing Education Certificates:  Attendance for the duration of the educational activity.
