Join OCHCH as we continue our 2026 Community Connection Socials this March in Northeast Ohio at Missing Falls Brewery!

The Community Connection Socials are casual events at fun venues around the state to bring our community together for learning and networking.

  • Drinks and appetizers will be provided.
  • These are not “management only” events, so help spread the word and share this with your co-workers.
  • Do you know someone that’s not a member but is in home care and hospice? Let them know too!
  • We’re keeping it casual, so come as you are and stay for the whole time or drop by and say hi if you’re short on time.

The first hour will focus on discussion around managed care and payer relations. Attendees will learn more about the Ohio Community at Home Network (OCHN), and we encourage attendees to engage in the conversation, and explore how we can lean in together. Our team will also provide updates on Council and CCBC activities.

Not in the area or can't make the drive? Don't worry, our team is planning at least one Community Connection Social in each of Ohio's six regions to be held in the metro areas around Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Athens, and Toledo.
