This event is open to the public! Everyone is welcome, members and non-members.

Enjoy an afternoon at TopGolf with friends, colleagues, and new connections to support the Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice Political Action Committee!

This fun getaway from the daily grind is a fundraising event for the OCHCH PAC, which helps us drive the industry forward through the organization's ongoing advocacy efforts. The PAC's mission is to elevate and sustain the home health and hospice industry in Ohio.

Want to network but not golf? We have a networking-only option too!

The Plan

3:00 pm – Registration Open, Networking
3:30 – Topgolf Play & Networking
5:30 – Results Announcements, Raffle Prizes, Continued Play & Networking
6:00 pm – Event Concludes

BOGO Deal - 50% the second event!

Consider sponsoring both the Northeast Ohio and Southwest Ohio PAC TopGolf Outings for 50% off a sponsorship tier of equal or lesser value at the other golf outing.

Due to limitations of our registration software, this BOGO deal is not available through this self-service website and you will need to contact us directly to arrange the dual sponsorship. Contact OCHCH staff at ochch@ochch.org with your requested tier and we will create the invoice for you.
