Staying up to date with OASIS guidance is essential for accuracy, compliance, and maximizing reimbursement under Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP). In this Quarterly OASIS Update, we will break down the latest CMS Q&As, discuss key HHVBP changes, and take a deep dive into two critical OASIS items—M1033 (Risk for Hospitalization) and M1000 (Patient Living Situation).

Through interactive scenarios, we will address common clinician struggles, provide practical strategies to improve accuracy, and explore how these items impact functional scoring, risk adjustment, and quality outcomes.
