Affiliate Membership - Individual is open to individuals that are sole-proprietors, or single employees of their company and is providing services that support the home care and/or hospice industries. Any  individual  who  otherwise  qualifies  under  any  other  membership  category  (Provider,  Affiliate,  Startup/ Conditional, Education, Student, or Retired) must join through the appropriate qualifying member category. This membership is not applicable for an individual who is currently working in the home care and/or hospice field. This is a non-voting membership.

Affiliate Membership - Company is open to businesses and organizations that provide products and services to health care at home providers. Any company who  otherwise  qualifies  under  any  other  membership  category  (Provider,  Affiliate,  Startup/ Conditional, Education, Student, or Retired) must join through the appropriate qualifying member category. This membership is not applicable for a company who is currently working in the home care and/or hospice field. This is a non-voting membership.

Affiliate Member+ - Level includes affiliate membership for one year, plus exhibitor booth at the 2024 OCHCH Annual Conference (taking place Sept. 24-25 in Columbus).
